User data deletion
You can request deletion of your JobYarder account and associated personal data. This page also satisfies Meta / Facebook Login “user data deletion” requirements.
In the app
- Open JobYarder and sign in.
- Go to Profile or Settings.
- Choose Delete account (or equivalent) and confirm.
By email
Send a request from the email on your account to support@jobyarder.com with subject “Delete my JobYarder account”. Include:
- The email address on the account
- Whether you signed in with Apple, Google, Facebook, Microsoft, or email
- Any additional details that help us find the right account
What we delete
We delete or anonymize personal profile data and content tied to your account, except where we must retain records for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance obligations (for example audit logs or employment-related records a hiring customer is required to keep).
Timing
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation when processing is finished or if we need more information.
