By using JobYarder or visiting jobyarder.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

JobYarder is a marketplace and workforce platform that helps households request local help, helps pros find work, and helps companies hire with document and compliance workflows. We provide software tools; we are not the employer of workers unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, break the law, or harm other users.

User content and conduct

You retain rights to content you upload, and you grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the product. Do not post illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing content. Hiring companies remain responsible for their own employment and contractor compliance obligations.

Payments and plans

Some company features may require a paid plan. Fees, if any, will be shown before you purchase. Marketplace tip or payout features, when offered, are subject to the payment provider’s terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee continuous availability or that any specific hire, job, or verification outcome will occur. Marketing language about compliance means tools that help document and review status — not a substitute for legal counsel or government forms such as Form I-9 where those remain the employer’s duty.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobYarder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
