Privacy Policy
JobYarder (“we”, “us”) operates the JobYarder mobile application and related services at jobyarder.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email, and profile information you provide.
- Content you upload (for example job posts, messages, photos, and compliance documents required for hiring workflows).
- Technical data such as device type, app version, approximate location when you enable it, and push notification tokens.
- Sign-in data from providers you choose (Apple, Google, Facebook, Microsoft), limited to what those providers share with us (typically email and a provider user id).
How we use information
- To create and secure your account and authenticate you.
- To match households, pros, and companies and to operate hiring and messaging features.
- To show verification or document status where the product requires it.
- To send service notifications you enable (for example application updates).
- To improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
Sharing
We share information with other users only as needed for the product (for example a hiring manager viewing an applicant profile you chose to apply with). We use processors that host infrastructure, send notifications, or provide authentication. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and compliance obligations. Document retention for employment-related records may be longer when required by a hiring customer’s policies or applicable law.
Your choices
- Update profile information in the app.
- Request account and data deletion via the in-app flow or the instructions at Data deletion.
- Contact us at support@jobyarder.com.
